Baking Soda – Baking Soda Sodium Bicarbonate – Sodium Bicarbonate

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), also known as baking soda, can be used both in the household and for internal and external care. Is known for its bactericidal effect.

Use and store

Internal use: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day. If used as a leavening agent, an acid (eg lemon juice) should be added. (1 part equals 3 parts baking powder).
External use: as a bath salt about 100 grams in a warm bath. Icm coconut oil to use as a
natural deodorant. Add a tablespoon in the washing machine or as a natural cleaning agent. Leave as a stain remover for hours and then wash normally.
