Wheatgrass  is made from freshly harvested organic wheat grass in Austria. The wheatgrass grows outdoors under the influence of sunlight and is processed immediately after harvesting. Lucuma  (Pouteria lucuma) is a subtropical fruit from the Andean region of Peru. This fruit has a delicious vanilla caramel taste. Cocoa  raw or unroasted cocoa has been used in South America for decades. Barley grass:  Barley is a grain. It is descended from the wild barley, which is still found in the Middle East. Both types are diploid. Barley, like other grains of wheat, oats, rye, millet and rice, belongs to the grass family.

Use and store
3 tablespoons (= 2 scoops of approx. 15 g) add to 200 ml homemade smoothie of fruits, vegetables, (rice) milk and / or yogurt or mix with 200 ml of water. Smoothie can be used for breakfast, lunch or snack. Can also be added to dessert, cake or meal.
